hey xanga. 

So it has been a good weekend. hahaha im totally gonna bag on larry because he doesn't read this and it's hilarious. hahahaha jk.  no but really. 

**btw lamplighters.  i miss you guys. hahaa.  i may be absent for the remainder of the month, because of homecoming/football stuff till halloween, then i shall return.  most definitely.**

Ok so the story.... 

yeppp. so Curtis' buddy, Larry, has been there for him in the past.  When Curtis was dealing with girls, he was there, and attended girl related outings with him for moral support.  Curtis promised that he most definitely "owes him one".  As schedule conflicts allowed.....this brought on the following events, of

Friday the 13th.

Larry had big plans for the night. He's been interested in this girl,  and so as plans chug along, they were going to hang out...but hey....not so fast...he didn't wanna do it by himself for the first time.  so yes.  Curtis.  Curtis to the rescue.  so when Curtis enters the picture....he is reeled in with the incentive that this girl will bring her friend along so that Curtis can entertain her throughout the night, and everything will be ok. 

(btw this girl's friend has met Curtis once...and through a cruel joke between Curtis and Larry, she thinks Curtis is a foreign exchange student that doesn't speak much english.)

(we will call Larry's girl........Betty)

So as plans progress, it appears the lively few will be spending their evening at magic mountains fright fest. Yes, marvelous, and alas....we find ourselves at 4pm, and plans have not finalized yet.  Curtis had been up recording with a friend, where his phone had no service, so he was not able to communicate with them until he got home. When he arrives back home, he is informed by Larry that due to recent events..Betty.......is not allowed to go to fright fest without adult supervision.  and not ONLY that...it turns out that her friend is busy that night and will not be attending.  how is this POSSIBLE?!?

Oh but the story is not over. Curtis rolls his eyes in frusteration  and calls Larry, and speaking in high pitched accusations, they decide that they are mutually terrified. 

We soon find that Betty is going to go to fright fest, with her Aunt, her cousin, and step sister.  A nice family outing yes...yet Betty still expects Larry to be attending.  Oh my giddy goodness.  Curtis and Larry realize that.......in the best case scenario....Larry will be able to spend time with betty (amongst her wonderful family) and Curtis........will be riding with betty's aunt. this is BEST case scenario.

marvelous. just marvelous.

But Larry knows what he must do.  Though this is a nightmare...he must prove himself to Betty.  He must show her that he respects her family, and show his devotion to her.  He decides that Curtis MUST in fact come with him so that he does not die alone.  Skipping over a series of angry, squeeling phone calls of whining and name calling between them, they decide that they are going to drag their third half, Claudio, into this.  They sneakily tell him that they're going to fright fest, there will be hot girls there, and he will have fun. Thus, Claudio is in.

Well my friends. The Courageous Three set out on their journey....partaking in their last supper....consisting of 99 cent jack in the box tacos and milkshakes, and head off to the fright fest....of friday the 13th....

hahahaha, sorry guys i just had to do that.  Yep....its all true, and it happend exactly like that. But hey. let me just tell you, i had a GREAT time.  We decided we were going to make the situation fun no matter what, and it totally was.  Not only that, Larry deserves serious props, hahaha he scored some major points with that one.  that boy's a good kid, haha.  i also was really impressed with the girl too.  Where most girl's would shy out, give their parents hell for being strict, and lie to the guy about it.....she plain out told larry what the deal was, and let him contemplate the rest.  Afterall, it's not her fault that she's not allowed to go alone.  that deserves a lot of respect. .  i see a good future for those two, haha. 

k enough butt kissing.  hahahaha.. 

well "orientation" at Hollister is tomorrow morning, hahaha. i get to learn how to fold clothes:) wish me luck. its at 9am, so hopefully i'll be able to make it out to second service afterwardd.
